Profile

Since 2009, I’ve been working in design and communication for non-profit, private, and post-secondary organizations. I’ve learned that user behaviour and visual design are the facets of communications that I’m most passionate about. I want to alleviate frictions in people’s day-to-day lives, however large or small the impact may be.

Today, I'm working as a Senior UX Designer at Number 41 Media, in Victoria, British Columbia, where we specialize in tech and digital transformation projects for the government and related agencies. From small scale UI projects to province-wide digital transformation projects, I'm enjoying my work as I lead UX, service design, and research initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional and agile teams. Ultimately, I'm excited about working on projects that help people.
