Av is a Financial Planning Professional with Investors Group. He was born and raised in Sudbury. Av is passionate about community and is very involved through his roles on the YPA, Sudbury Softball Association, and past roles with the Multicultural Association and Easter Seals. Av is an avid sports enthusiast and can be seeing playing with his band at various venues around Sudbury.

Katelyn Grenko

Director of Communications

Katelyn is the Marketing and Events Coordinator at the Greater Sudbury Chamber of Commerce. She was born and raised in Sudbury and graduated from both Cambrian College and Laurentian University. Katelyn is a sports enthusiast and is passionate about the outdoors, she can usually be found hiking, kayaking or behind the lens of her camera. 


Kyle McCall

Director of Fund Development

Kyle is the Coordinator of Sudbury’s Regional Innovation Centre, the NORCAT Innovation Mill, and Chair of the board at reThink Green.  He is passionate about his hometown and is striving to make a lasting positive impact here in Greater Sudbury.  Outside of work and board meetings, Kyle spends his time exploring the amazing landscape we call home.


Christine Baptista

Director of Membership

Christine is a presentations and public speaking coach who helps her clients look and sound their best when speaking to an audience.  A self-professed “herp-nerd,” she is the Chief Know-It-All at Critical Critters and lectures in the Geography department at Laurentian University.  In her spare time, she’d like to take on an exciting hobby like skydiving, but usually she ends up snuggling with her fluffy kitty and her not fluffy boyfriend.


Kallie Doucette

Director of Professional Development

Kallie is a Naturopathic Doctor at Vita Chiropractic and Wellness Centre. She is passionate about helping people live a healthier lifestyle. She received her training from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine after completing a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Kinetics from St. Francis Xavier University. In her spare time Kallie enjoys rock climbing and traveling.


Lindsey Santerre

Director of Advocacy

Lindsey, born and raised in Sudbury, is the owner of Santerre Legal Services and is a practicing lawyer.  Lindsey enjoys playing sports, travelling and volunteering in the community.


Hailey Short

Director of Special Events

Hailey Short is the Communications Specialist at NORCAT. Graduating from Carleton University with a BA Communications Studies, Hailey moved back to her hometown in 2013.  Hailey is passionate about giving back to the Sudbury community. She is currently the Communications / Promotions chair for Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation – Run for the Cure,  Media / Communications lead for the Mudmoiselle Run, and a member of the Modern Mining Technology Sudbury committee.


Emily Franceschini

Director of Marketing and Digital Strategy

Emily is the marketing manager for TimeHero and Co-founder/Ambassador of Buzz at Our Crater. A graduate of Cambrian College’s Public Relations program, Emily was born and raised in Sudbury and she is passionate about highlighting the amazing things happening right here in Sudbury – which is why she started Our Crater. 


Jordan Richardson


Jordan is a Director at Freedom where he leads a team of financial advisors to long-term success. In his short stint in Sudbury, he is already part of two non-profit boards, mentors a child in the Big Brother’s Big Sister’s program, and is an active member of the Idylwylde Golf Club and Sudbury Men’s Soccer League.
